"Intentions"

Two friends, Ina and Jai, are filming a movie in a park. It’s been a long day with a lot of sweat and possibly tears. They’re taking a break eating lunch.

Ina: She did not say that to you?

Jai: Yep. I couldn’t even do anything about it.

Ina: Let me at her. “Can’t nobody throw shade on your name.” You’re way better than she is anyway. 

Jai: Thanks.

Ina: Where did it happen?

Jai: Somewhere “in these streets” actually. We ran into each other when I was scoping out the area.

Ina: Whatever she just can’t stand that you’re a “triple threat.” 

Jai: Oh yeah? What goes into that?

Ina: “You a boss. You a bae. You a beast.”

Jai: Thank you, I guess. You are so weird. 

Ina: “You make it easy.”

Jai: I wish I didn’t have “to choose.” My family is going to be so disappointed. 

Ina: Who cares. I mean “you got a mean” streak, but they “can’t refuse” you so they’ll have to deal. You’re adulting bay-bay.

Jai: For the next scene I need you to be “picture-perfect, you” have to work with me. Don’t fight me.

Ina: That’s fine, I “don’t need no filter.”

Jai: You are so confident and “gorgeous.” You’re going to “make ‘em drop dead.” 

Ina: If there was only someone to be “a killer” for.

Jai: Well you have to star in my movies for now and I’ll “shower you with all my attention.”

Ina: oh-hoh-ho. You’re really laying it all on me. I have a big ego already, you know. 

Jai: I have to keep on your good side. A few more compliments won’t break you. “These are my only intentions,” promise.
