"Paint the Town Red" 🅴

Jenn is in the middle of the stage, a red spotlight stays on her. The stage is flooded with reds, pinks, and oranges. 

Jenn: "I don't care" what anyone says. I'm going to do what I want. I'm going to be who I want. Hell. "I paint the town red" because I can. Not because it's necessary. 

Max, Paul, El, and Devil slowly join onstage, in the background, and interpretive dancing. 

Paul enters.

Jenn: "Bitch" what are you doing here?

Paul continues dancing and does not interact with Jenn.

Jenn: Well "I said what I said" and will never back down. You controlling… Who's this?

Max enters.

Jenn: Well "I'd rather be famous instead' of fall in love with you. You made me famous in the mirrors and "I let all that get to my head." Here I am now. "I don't care, I paint the town red." The power.

Devil enters.

Jenn: "Mm" look. "She the Devil." Giving me the choice, make me see my strengths and needs. Look at you."[You} a bad lil' bitch, [you] a rebel." Letting me apprentice under you. I'll learn.

El enters, dancing the closest to Jenn.

Jenn: El, I wish I could have brought you with me. You wouldn't have agreed. 

Jenn walks over to the Devil.

Jenn: You see El? "She put her foot to the pedal" and goes through life fast and furiously. You want her on our side and "It'll take a whole lot for me to settle." Make a deal and have her join us. 

Devil dances over to El where the two of them do a passionate back and forth and lights dim.
