"Summer Romance (Anti-Gravity Love Song)"

Captain is floating in the living room. Cadet 1 and Cadet 2 and holding themselves to a couch and chair.

Cadet 1: When can we turn on the gravity?

Cadet 2: It's broken. 

Cadet 1: For how long?

Captain: "For Years."

Cadet 2: And you're just now telling us?

Captain: You just woke up. "I kept it to myself" because there was no reason to alert the ship early.

Cadet 1: So what are we to do?

Captain: You're going to hurt your arms trying to keep yourself down. "Now potentialities are bound" to our capsules but otherwise you can do whatever you want. We have food for 10 years. 

Cadet 2: We're only supposed to be up here for 5. 

Captain: Not everything goes the way we plan.

Cadet 1: You know what has been "living under my shelf?"

Captain: A new algae. It started growing last year and I've been keeping it. Studying it. 

Cadet 1: Glad I didn't clear it up. 

Cadet 2: What have you been doing while we were in slumber?

Captain: Reading. I found a self-help book someone left up here called, "Simply Choose your Destination from the Diamond Canopy." I learned a lot of things, like how to make your very best impression and be seen as a diamond and not cubic zirconia.  

Cadet 2: Am I required to read this?

Captain: No, but "we'll be [here]" a long time so you might as well read it at some point. Material is limited. 

Cadet 1: Do we still have comms access?

Captain: That's working. 

Cadet 1: I'm going to call my girl. 

Cadet 1 floats out of the living room. 

Cadet 2: I'm going to workout. 

Cadet 2 floats out of the living room. Captain turns on some light-hearted music and floats around happily.
