George: Did you hear about Joy this week?

Aaron: No, I haven’t. Didn’t she lose her job recently?

George: It’s unfortunate that it was part of the #metoo stuff.

Aaron: No one would stand up for her. It was obviously discrimination, but no one wanted to muddy the waters. The guys or ladies.

George: I’m coming up for my promotion. It wasn’t the right time to help.

Aaron: I hear you.

Pause.

Aaron: You were mentioning something that Joy has been up to since she left.

George: “She’s got a ticket to ride” a train across the US!

Aaron: Good on her. She deserves it.
